Kimberly Ladd, Office Manager Kimberly Ladd
Mrs. Ladd grew up in Louisville and after graduating from North Bullitt High School, moved to Dallas, Texas, where she lived for six years. She returned to Louisville in 1992 and moved to Winchester in 1996.

Mrs. Ladd has been in the clerical field for the past 18 years. In her free time she likes spending time with her family, friends and pets, attending church, swimming and traveling.
She is married with one stepdaughter.

Certificates: Safety in the Workplace, Domestic Violence (Eastern Kentucky University), Sexual Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace, Outstanding Receptionist Seminar and First Aid Training.

Achievements: Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Tau Sigma Honors Society

Kristi, a Menifee County native, joined the firm in August 2007. She is also currently employed as an RN at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, as a telemetry nurse.
She and her husband Travis enjoy playing with their dogs, Jazmine and Becker. She also enjoys cooking, watching Auburn football, and spending time with family and friends.

Angela Wallace, RN
Angie Wallace is a registered nurse with 10 years' experience as an ER nurse and four years' experience as a flight nurse on a helicopter. She knows firsthand what happens in accidents. Angie is a resident of Winchester and currently monitors the quality of nursing care in this area.

Teresa is a Clark County native who graduated from EKU in 1992 with an Associate Degree in Science (RN), then returned to EKU and earned a Baccalaureate Degree in Science (RN) in 2006.

Teresa has four years' experience in Labor/Delivery, OB, nine years' experience in Home Health Case Management, five years' experience in Emergency Nursing, and five years' experience in wound care and durable medical equipment consultation.

She is currently involved in hospital Quality Care program/Infection Control and Prevention.

Teresa is married to Michael Daniels, has two children, Kenny and Jessica, and two dogs, Maggy and Abby. She enjoys fishing, gardening and the beach.

Sumyr grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and attended Lafayette High School. After graduation she received a full athletic scholarship to the University of the Cumberlands to play volleyball. She graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2010 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Communications. Sumyr moved to Winchester in April, 2011 and joined the firm in June, 2011.

Sumyr enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, playing sports, and anything else related to the outdoors.

Position: Usually horizontal

Malcolm serves as official greeter of visitors and
also as receiver of anything edible that makes it
to the floor at lunch.

Banjo, Junior Office Dog

Education: B.A. – Wooford; B.S. – UC Barkley

Position: Volunteer food-taster

Banjo likes to impress office visitors with his vast array
of tricks, so long as a treat is at stake.
